This Double Upper Gauley rafting trip is truly unique; not only do you get to raft the 335 foot descent of the Gauley River over a 9 mile stretch of whitewater once, you get to do it twice, in one day!
You will definitely experience that nonstop adrenaline you have been seeking on this action-packed advanced rafting run not for the feint of heart. Out of 80 rapids on this section, ten are world-renowned Class V rapids. As water levels vary from morning to afternoon, you’ll witness the ever-changing characteristics of the Upper Gauley River.
*2010 Season runs Friday-Monday, September 10th-October 17th. Keep in mind that October 16th is West Virginia's famous Bridge Day. We will also be running the Lower New River on that day..

This was our first year ever of white water rafting. We were understandably a little aprehensive,your staff made us feel welcomed,safe,taken care of and pampered with your amazing home cooked meals. Our river guides were Casey for the middle lower and Foose for the upper Gauley. They were both fantastic,and enthusiastic. Lunch was wonderful both days. Our sisterinlaw was hurt coming down sweets falls but Kevin S. and Foose took great care of her as did everyone involved in her care prior to her ambulance ride to the hospital.
